TasksA very popular productivity app for the Apple ecosystem, it just received a massive new update with support for a host of App Intents, a whole new interface, and automations to help you manage your tasks. We cover tasks when initially released in 2020and this week’s new update is important.

In essence, Tasks is a to-do list app. It offers projects, subtasks, kanban boards, folders, reminders, and more to help you keep track of everything you need to do.

In its new update 4.3, Tasks adds more than 50 new app intents, allowing virtually all app features to integrate with Siri, Shortcuts, and Spotlight. Some examples of this are being able to display your shopping list when you arrive at a grocery store, automatically sending a reminder to someone about overdue tasks, and getting an automated list of all your daily tasks at the start of the day.

Tasks 4.3 It also offers a new design language, with an improved sidebar, a new kanban view, better support for Liquid Glass, as well as other UX improvements to improve the experience. All this helps Tasks It works best for all users, whether you use it professionally or just as a simple task tracker.
