Apple TV announces air date for its epic Neuromancer adaptation, new trailers for Dark Matter and Matchbox


Apple TV has prepared a series of announcements for its appearance on the main stage in Hall H at San Diego Comic Con this weekend. In the lead, his new science fiction epic neuromancer (based on William Gibson’s genre-defining novel) finally has a premiere date: the series will premiere on January 22.

The gritty cyberpunk series Neuromancer stars Callum Turner as Case, a hacker who works with an assassin named Molly to take on a corporate dynasty.

The first trailer for the series is now ready for viewing, but fans of the franchise still have to wait a little while. neuromancer will premiere on January 22, 2027; with a season made up of ten episodes.

The official trailer for the second season of dark matterwhich will be released at the end of August.

The first season of Dark Matter came out in 2024, adapting the story from the novel of the same name by author Blake Crouch. The second season goes beyond the story of the book, but all the scripts are still written by Crouch. After all, it seems the world hasn’t been rid of Jason’s many clones.

And finally, Apple released the trailer for its next movie. Matchboxstarring John Cena.

Loosely based on the toy car brand, Matchbox appears to follow a classic CIA agent and conspiracy plot. Vehicle chases, helicopters and the usual action comedy formula seem to be present here. You can stream Matchbox in October.

Apple’s presence at Comic Con also included in-person panels for Widows Bay, Silo, and more. It is the company’s largest exhibit at the prestigious annual event, and for the first time features a two-hour slot in Hall H.
