Android Central’s opinion
It’s pretty obvious that Nothing has a new mindset around its apps as it moves its “wearables” app to the main unit. Having everything under one roof is probably easier to manage from a business perspective as well. I’m sure the users probably don’t care as long as nothing breaks and everything important stays. So far, that appears to be the case.
Users will be able to take their “workout logs, daily activity (including sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress), and fitness goals.” If you have a CMF Watch Pro 2, your active score and training load will be transferred. That won’t do it transfer with you from one app to another is your nickname, avatar, height and weight”, including any woman’s health information.
To begin, users must open the Nothing X app > Sign in to Nothing X with the same account > Connect your watch > select Data Migration. Once all of this is complete, the company says your CMF Watch app account will be deactivated and you will not be able to download the app again.
CMF for nothing

The CMF Watch 3 Pro is the brand’s latest portable entry. Although it was launched in July 2025, the Watch 3 Pro features an improved four-channel heart rate sensor and 131 sports modes. Consumers found a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with over 120 customizable watch faces. Dual-band GPS helps users with more precise location tracking, while its battery lasts up to 13 days on a single charge.
Android Central’s opinion
In terms of budget, what CMF watches offer has always seemed pretty decent. You might sacrifice some of the bigger, more powerful specs and features that other watches have, but if you’re looking for a device that sticks to the “smart” aspect, they’re pretty good. Optiemus’ investment will likely only increase what CMF can do for consumers in the sub-$200 market.
CMF is a spin-off of Nothing, you could say: a sub-brand. At the end of last year, CMF became an independent entity based in India after an investment of 100 million dollars. This large sum was contributed to CMF through a joint venture with Optiemus. This also facilitated the creation of approximately 1,800 jobs. CMF reiterated that its goal is to create affordable devices under $200.
