The Weighter is as simple as it gets; It’s a weighted block that ensures cables stay in place without sliding off the edge of your desk. That’s all. It does not come with any additional features nor does it have AI; It’s just a block of metal and silicone designed to solve a very specific problem.
And I like it a lot. The 3-wire weigher It’s $29 on Amazon and Native Union Websiteand is available in black and sandstone. There is also a single cable variant that costs $19 If you don’t need the larger model.
Now you can get any cable management solution on Amazon and it won’t even cost you a quarter as much as the Weighter. My biggest problem with these products is that they have an adhesive backing and I didn’t like the idea of having to stick something to the nightstand. Anyway, the Weighter is basically a weighted stand that holds cables and looks sleek. At 172g, it’s heavy enough not to slide around, with a top half made of metal and a silicone bottom base with cutouts to accommodate cables. It’s an over-engineered solution to a problem, but I like the look of it and it does what it says on the tin.
My only issue is the overt Native Union branding and the Paris moniker underneath, but that didn’t stop me from using Weighter. I used the single-cable version of the Weighter on my desk and the 3-cable version on my nightstand and the dedicated charging station in my office. In three months of use, I have not had to deal with cables hanging over the edge of my desk or the side table where I keep the UGREEN Nexode 500W charging station. It works equally well with USB-C cables, barrel plugs, and MagSafe connectors.
The most important thing is that I didn’t have to search for a cable in the middle of the night because the Galaxy S26 Ultra I decided to go without charge, and for that, I am grateful that the Weighter exists. Yes, there are dozens of other alternatives available and most of them cost a fraction of what you pay for the Weighter. I’m not saying you should buy it, but if you want an elegant cable management solution, it’s one of the most attractive options out there.
