Google is moving a piece of information from your Pixel Watch to the notification tone on Pixel phones with its Android 17 update, now available in the latest beta.
On Pixel Watch, clearing all notifications brings up a message that says “You’re all stuck!” The message includes a small trophy icon. It’s a fun little way to say you’re done with notifications.
Now it’s coming to Pixel phones.
In Android 17 Beta 4, Google ditched the old “No notifications” message with the same “You’re all stuck!” message found on Pixel Watch. The change is subtle, but it’s a fun little adjustment that feels good throughout the company’s ecosystem. Whether or not other Android devices will follow suit remains to be seen, but it’s pretty certain that this is a Pixel-only tweak.
Graciously, hidden shortcut for notification history still works. By tapping “You’re all trapped!” or the trophy icon will open your notification history.
