Microsoft will soon stop supporting Clipchamp on iOS. The withdrawal will remove the option to edit videos on the fly, leaving users to look for alternatives.
I recently received an email about the Clipchamp recall. Microsoft also explains the Clipchamp recall in a supporting document:

Take Windows Central
I used Clipchamp for years. Partly because I’m a news writer at Windows Central and need to be familiar with Microsoft products, but I continued to use the app for light editing.
Clipchamp improved after Microsoft acquired it in several ways, including support for 1080p exports through the free version. It is not designed to be a competitor of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, but it is a lightweight application with almost no learning curve.
Unfortunately, Microsoft has taken several steps to make Clipchamp difficult to access. the video editor now requires a OneDrive account to create or edit projects. And now, the iOS version of Clipchamp will also disappear.
I was hoping for an Android version to be released, but considering Microsoft’s reason for removing Clipchamp for iOS, a new mobile version seems unlikely.
