Following a Nest Wifi Pro update Earlier this year, Google released new firmware for the Nest Wifi router and point.
The Nest Wifi router is now in software version 14150.883.231, while it is 1.56.3.497142 for the Nest Wifi point.
Google lists the changelog entry as dated April 24, 2026 with “Stability and security vulnerability fixes.”
The most recent update for this point was in May 2025, and the router’s last release was in October 2024 to offer “improved Wi-Fi mesh connection stability and resiliency.”
Google Wifi devices update automatically overnight. To check manually, select your Nest Wifi router in the “All devices” tab and tap the gear icon. You can find “Software Information” in the “Wi-Fi Information” section.
