Diablo 4’s cow tier has been found and drops a crazy but wildly useless unique mythic.

After months and months of mocking and trolling by Blizzard, and an epic hunt across the Cow-level discordDiablo 4’s cow level has finally been found. This time for real, and it drops a pretty crazy Mythic Unique to complete it, the Crown of the Cow King with an item level of 666 and special attributes that change depending on the day of the week.

The method to reach Cow level in Diablo 4 It’s much more of a navigational route to follow than in previous games, so to save you some time I’d like to direct your attention to a community member’s brilliantly helpful guide. I hate hamburger, linked above.

The short version is: remember that sin we burned in the fire at the beginning of the campaign in Kyovoshad? Well, the quest starts by returning there and burning your sins, then going on a wild chase to collect Neyrelle’s arm, Stam Pot, and a rusty bardiche to combine them into the Horadric Cube. All of these items have their own individual quest lines that must be completed to acquire them.

Once you’ve combined them to get the Torn Page relic, you’ll sail an Outcasts ship from the east coast to the last area, where you’ll find cows sitting suspiciously in a dark room. Oh, and only then can you access the Cow Portal by killing these cows on a Tuesday.

Activation is tied to real-world timing. The portal was officially unlocked at 4:00 pm PT on Monday, marking the restart on Tuesday in several regions around the world. If you are having problems, be sure to follow the sequence starting from this weekly reset window.
