Samsung has updated its Try Galaxy app with Arabic language support, making it available to a wider audience in the UAE on Android and iOS devices.
Try Galaxy is essentially a sandbox for Samsung’s software. Non-Galaxy users can load it onto their current phone and get a hands-on look at the Galaxy interface, complete with guided tutorials, interactive widgets, and live demos of features they’d otherwise never touch until they’d already purchased the device.
The app covers some of Samsung’s most notable capabilities. Privacy Display, which Samsung says is the world’s first in-display privacy technology, is available for testing, along with Nightography, the company’s low-light camera suite. The AI-powered tools also serve a great purpose: Photo Assist allows users to experiment with editing via text messages, while Creative Studio is geared toward generating and customizing visual content. Galaxy AI features like Now Brief and Live Translate are also included.
The Arabic UI is the real addition here. It significantly expands the app’s reach in a region where Samsung has been pushing hard on localization and lowers the barrier for users who might have been put off by an English-only interface.
“With Arabic language support available in Try Galaxy, more users can explore the power of Galaxy AI and experience our latest features in an easy, intuitive and familiar way,” said Fadi Abu Shamat, Vice President and Head of Mobile eXperience Division, Samsung Gulf Electronics.
Try Galaxy and it is free to download. Users in the UAE can access it at ae.trygalaxy.com.
