Steam adds 4 new free games you can play right now

Steam has added 4 new free games to its platform, expanding the number of titles players can try without spending money.

2. Dog Walts centers on a hammer-wielding dog protagonist in a physics-based scoring attack setting. The game focuses on chaotic action with increasing difficulty and performance tracking.
3. crimson loop is an auto-shooter roguelite in the Vampire Survivors style. Players survive waves of enemies while accumulating upgrades and abilities between runs, and meta-progression makes each subsequent run more capable than the last.
4. she gunner is a basic defense game in which players operate a 360-degree turret system against incoming enemies. The game is based on rapid objective acquisition and maintaining a defensive position as enemy pressure increases.

Separately, The 2012 adventure comedy Deponia can be claimed for free on Steam until March 16 at 10am PT. Users who add it to their account before the deadline will keep it permanently. The Steam Spring Sale 2026 is scheduled to begin on March 19.
