Lenovo introduces Legion Tab with 11 and 13-inch sizes and a new phone


Gaming tablets are making a resurgence with smaller form factors, with Lenovo’s Legion series being one of the most popular options. But now Lenovo is giving bigger screens another try, with the new Legion Y900 series that includes 11- and 13-inch Legion Tab models.

Launch in China (via Lilliputating), Legion Y900 comes in two sizes: one with an 11.1-inch screen and the other with a 13-inch screen. However, neither is as powerful as the latest Legion Tab (Y700). The 8.8-inch model includes a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, while these larger tablets don’t have as much power.

The 11-inch Legion Y900 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500S chipset, while the 13-inch model has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. not the Elite version. Both feature high-resolution 3840 x 2560 displays, both running at 144Hz. They also have powerful specs elsewhere, with UFS 4.1 storage, 8-16GB of RAM, 256GB or 512GB of storage, and huge batteries: 11,000 mAh for the 11-inch model and 12,700 mAh for the 13-inch. Like the smaller model, there’s some RGB on the back and fast charging via USB-C.

One of the biggest differences here is that Lenovo has detachable keyboards for both tablets, something that is not available for the 8.8-inch model.
