I’ve never seen OnePlus launch a flagship so early before, so there has to be a reason behind the change. I assume that the company wants to get ahead of its competitors and expand its sales window.
At the same time, launching around the same period as the latest iPhones could make it much harder for OnePlus to grab the headlines. It will be interesting to see if the previous release ends up helping or not.
