Honor has opened pre-orders in the UAE for the Magic V6, its latest flagship foldable smartphone, ahead of its general launch on June 26. The phone is priced at AED 6,999 for the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration, and pre-order customers will receive add-on products and services valued at up to AED 2,547.
Those who pre-order the Magic V6 through Honor’s online store or authorized retailers in the UAE will receive a free Honor Watch 5 Ultra along with Honor VIP Care+. The protection package includes 12 months of screen protection, a 12-month extended warranty, and India, Pakistan, and GCC warranty coverage.
A thinner and lighter folding
The Honor Magic V6 measures 8.75mm when folded and 4mm when unfolded in its white color, with a claimed weight of 219g. These measures exclude things like protective films and the raised camera module, but still make the V6 remarkably close in size and weight to a mainstream flagship phone.
Honor has equipped the device with its Super Steel Hinge, which has been tested for up to 500,000 folding cycles. The foldable also has IP69 and IP69 water and dust resistance ratings, while the interior display uses flexible ultra-thin glass which Honor says helps reduce fold visibility.

A 6,660 mAh battery and flagship hardware
Inside the Magic V6 is a 6,660 mAh silicon-carbon battery, which Honor describes as the largest battery installed in a foldable smartphone so far. It supports Honor SuperCharge wired 80W and wireless 66W, with a silicon content of 25% that helps the battery offer greater capacity without significantly increasing the dimensions of the phone.
The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 platform and is designed to handle gaming, multitasking, and split-screen productivity on its two displays.
Its foldable interior screen measures 7.95 inches, while the exterior screen measures 6.52 inches. The Fast Flex feature can automatically open compatible apps in split-screen mode when the device is folded or unfolded, allowing users to place an existing app next to services like Gemini or ChatGPT.
Honor also includes three months of Google AI Pro, and the announcement states that the offer includes access to Gemini and 5TB of cloud storage.
For photography, the Magic V6 includes a 64MP Ultra Sensing periscopic telephoto camera with CIPA-rated 6.5-stop image stabilization. Honor did not provide specifications for the rest of the rear camera system in its UAE pre-order announcement.
Honor expands connectivity with Apple devices
The Magic V6 also expands Honor’s multi-device capabilities beyond its own hardware ecosystem. According to the company, the phone can work with iPhones, Macs, AirPods and Apple Watches, while Honor Connect supports features such as file transfer, notification sharing and cross-device workflows.
The approach aims to reduce some of the friction for people who use Apple computers, wearables or audio products but don’t want to abandon Android completely.
UAE Release Date & Launch Offers
The Honor Magic V6 officially goes on sale in the UAE on June 26. Customers who purchase it during the first month of open sales will receive gifts and services valued up to AED 1,547.
That package includes a free Honor Watch Fit, six months of screen protection, a 12-month extended warranty, and India, Pakistan, and GCC warranty coverage. The Honor Pen will be sold separately for AED 349.
