They say that in space no one can hear you scream. Apparently, they can’t read your emails either, at least if you use Outlook.
NASA and the Artemis II crew are making history this month. The manned rocket took off on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 and is headed to orbit the Moon.

One issue was a bit surprising, but not for those who depend on Outlook for work.
Wiseman sent a message to mission control on Thursday explaining problems with Microsoft Outlook.
“I also see that I have two Microsoft Outlooks and neither of them work,” the commander said.
The Wiseman tablet is a Microsoft Surface Pro. Engadget looked through Artemis II Live Stream but I didn’t know of a solution to Wiseman’s Outlook problem.
I checked it fall detector to see if there was an Outlook outage, but I couldn’t find a version of DownDetector that covers the gap. The site supports dozens of countries, but the drop-down menu lacks an option for Earth-Moon orbit.
Microsoft has two versions of Outlook, the terrible “new” perspective that’s basically a web container and Outlook “Classic”. Neither worked for Wiseman.
NASA has several live streams of the mission from different perspectives, giving viewers unique access to such a mission.
If all goes according to plan, we will all be able to see Artemis II orbit the Moon on Monday, April 6.
