All of these deals come directly from Amazon. They are “limited time offers”. When available in multiple colors, all variants get the same discount.

Ring Plus Indoor Camera

This is one of the cheapest Ring security cameras and right now you can get it for even less. It’s only $34.99! Of course, such a nice price cut will have some disadvantages. However, it is by no means a bad camera! Just be sure to keep your expectations in check.

As its name indicates, it is an indoor camera. As such, it has no weather resistance, so it will be best to use it in a dry location. There is also the disadvantage that it is hardwired and needs to be plugged in to work. If you don’t mind those two drawbacks, it’s actually a great security camera for those who need to keep an eye on an indoor area.

You’ll get 2K recording resolution, along with features like color night vision, low-light vision, motion detection, two-way talk, siren capabilities, and Alexa compatibility. Because it’s an indoor camera, it also comes with a physical lens cover, in case you want some privacy.

Outdoor Camera Ring

The Ring Outdoor Cam has been the de facto affordable security camera for years. This is mainly because it strikes a perfect balance between affordability and capabilities.

It’s only $49.99, but still offers very decent Full HD resolution and weather-resistant construction. You can use it anywhere, rain or shine.

In terms of features, we looked at the basics, including motion detection, live view support, two-way talk, Alexa compatibility, and more. I still use a few of these and although they are pretty basic, they are more than adequate for normal security coverage.

Ring Plus Outdoor Camera

All that said, if you want an outdoor security camera with a little more oomph, the Ring Outdoor Cam Plus is still my favorite. This one pretty much takes the premise of the Ring Outdoor Cam and takes it to the next level.

This has 2K video quality and improved view in low light conditions. As it is part of the “Outdoor” series, it is also weather resistant. And if you opt for the plug-in or wired models, it comes with Pre-Roll support. Another nice addition is support for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The low-end ones are limited to 2.4 GHz.

Of course, you’ll get the rest of the work, like two-way talk, motion alerts, Alexa support, etc.

Spotlight Cam Plus Ring

Things start to get a little more interesting once you move up to the Spotlight and Floodlight models, which have real lights. These not only capture better video, but also alert intruders that they are being watched, in a much more obvious way than a small LED light. Ring Spotlight Cam Plus features a pair of larger LED lights for better-lit recordings.

Other specifications include a recording resolution of 1,080p. In addition to the additional lighting, it also supports Color Night Vision, as well as all the usual Ring features you’ll enjoy with any model.

Cam Wired Plus Projector Ring

Now, if you really want to light up the scene, the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus is your best option, at least among the security cameras currently on sale. The only major drawback is that so much lighting cannot run efficiently on a battery. This model is only available in a wired or plug-in version.

If you can overcome that obstacle, you are in for a treat. This thing can illuminate large outdoor areas, generating 2000 lumens of brightness. The lights are motion activated and you can customize zones to adjust which areas you want to cover. You also receive a loud siren of 1 to 5 decibels, so there is no way for an intruder to ignore this.

The camera can record 1,080p video and supports Color Night Vision. Of course, there’s also live view, two-way talk, motion alerts, Alexa support, and all that.

Ready to improve the security of your home? Take advantage of these offers while you can. There’s something here for any environment! That said, keep in mind that most features will require a Ring Protect plan. More information about Ring Protect pricing and plans here.
