In what could be your last chance to pick up Samsung’s first tri-folding phone, the Galaxy Z TriFold will be restocked later this morning. However, if history is any indication, you’ll want to make sure you’re prepared to add your device to cart as soon as possible.
After a brief release early yesterday morningSamsung is actually launching another round (presumably the last round) of stock for its $2,900 foldable phone. The company website. currently has a countdown leading to a 10am ET restock, so if it’s before then, head to the waiting page or the direct product page to see if the “Add to Cart” button is active for you. Pretty much every time Samsung lists this phone online, it sells out in a matter of minutes, so you’ll want to be ready to buy it. This time it doesn’t matter if your previous listings moved quickly due to really high demand or simply due to limited stock. With the device officially discontinued, that high demand is now built-in.
So, if you want to move quickly, I suggest you make sure you are familiar with the Samsung online store. That includes going through the checkout process on a device currently in stock to see what information the brand needs when you’re trying to move fast. Knowing how to quickly skip optional accessories, for example, could make the difference between getting a shiny new TriFold and ending up disappointed. Also make sure you’re signed in with a Samsung account, so you can preload your payment and shipping information if you haven’t already.
Either way, there will be a rush, so be prepared. At 10 a.m. ET, the (digital) doors of the Samsung store open to all potential TriFold buyers and, unless you’re willing to buy one on eBay, something We would not recommend it for a multitude of reasons. — this is the moment that really counts. And hey, if you don’t get one, at least it sounds like is having a sequel.
