RAMgeddon is sparing no one as the best wireless adapter for Android Auto, AAWireless, has seen a price hike in recent days.
Quietly applied to their own website and to Amazon, AAWireless TWO and TWO+ are now a bit more expensive.
For the basic AAWireless TWO, only one Android Auto adapter, the price is now $64.99 directly from the company website. That brings him back to his original price of 2024 after receiving a price cut following the launch of TWO+. The price is the same on Amazon.
Meanwhile, AAWireless TWO+, which supports both Android Auto and CarPlay, is priced now $69.99$5 more than its debut at the end of 2025. That’s on the AAWireless store, while Amazon is now $74.99. AAWireless split its direct versus retail pricing several months ago, but $74.99 is the highest price we’ve seen for one of the company’s dongles in quite some time. The original AAWireless initially debuted for around $90 before getting a big price cut.
We’ve reached out to AAWireless for more details, but it’s pretty clear what happened: RAMgeddon affects everyone, so even a device as low-powered as this will see its costs inflated, which will inevitably increase prices for customers.
