In fact, there’s the annual Summer Game Fest extravaganza, run by The Game Awards and hosted by none other than the one and only Geoff Keighley.
Summer Game Fest is officially live nowand for the next two hours, it will feature announcements, reveals, trailers, gameplay, and more for tons of games coming soon to players around the world. Naturally, many of those titles will be available on Xbox or PC, and below you’ll find an overview of all of them, updated live as I watch the show alongside all of you.
So without further ado, here’s an extensive look at all the Xbox and PC games that were announced during Summer Game Fest 2026.

Resident Evil Veronica
Summer Game Fest started with great success, with Capcom announcing Resident Evil Veronica, what appears to be a remake of Resident Evil: Code Veronica from 2000. It will arrive on Xbox, PC and other platforms in 2027.
Cuphead returns with two new games
The creators of the beloved boss battle-focused action-platformer Cuphead, Studio MDHR, are back with two new games on the way! The first is a new hand-drawn, animated sequel to the original Cuphead, while the second is an 8-bit arcade title called Mighty Cuphead Adventure.
Alien Isolation 2
Alien Isolation 2, a sequel to the beloved stealth horror game teased a month ago, got a full trailer during Summer Game Fest. It’s headed to Xbox, PC, and other platforms, although it doesn’t have a release date yet.
ATLAS generation
gen ATLAS, the upcoming mech-themed game from GenDesign, a team comprised of Fumito Ueda and other veteran developers from Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, got a second trailer during Summer Game Fest that’s giving off some serious Dune vibes. Coming to Xbox, PC and more.

This upcoming single-player action-adventure game from 24 Entertainment and NetEase Games was first announced last year and got another trailer during today’s Summer Game Fest show with a close look at the game’s dark and moody tone. We know it’s coming to PC and “consoles,” which will hopefully include Xbox.
Stranger Than Heaven already has a release date
RGG Studio’s next game, Stranger Than Heaven, revealed its release date at Summer Game Fest, and the Yakuza developer confirmed that it is scheduled to arrive on Xbox, PC and PS5 on January 15, 2027. Notably, it will feature Tupac as a character in the story.
HAEX
From the Dead Astronaut studio comes HAEX, an open-world survival shooter for 1 to 4 players coming to PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. It takes place in “the subarctic north,” where scientists investigating a mysterious anomaly have disappeared, and you’ll be tasked with surviving in “a desert littered with alien scars.”
Mortal Shell 2 open beta is now available
The open beta test of the long-awaited sequel to the popular Motal Shell Soulslike, Mortal Shell 2, is now available to play on Steam. Developer Cold Symmetry and publisher Playstack announced the news with a new trailer at Summer Game Fest.
Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin
Paramount Games has teamed up with legendary action role-playing game developer PlatinumGames for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin. “In a battle-ravaged future New York City, a lone surviving turtle embarks on a seemingly hopeless mission to seek justice for the family he lost.”
Gundam: Rebel Orbit
The legendary Gundam mecha series is getting a new game from Bandai Namco called Gundam: Rogue Orbit. Not much is known about it at the moment, but it looks like it will offer plenty of high-octane robot-based action against fearsome otherworldly beasts when it arrives.
Cross-fire
From That’s No Moon, a team of veteran Naughty Dog developers, Bungieand other studios, comes Crossfire, a new single-player action-stealth adventure featuring two operators on opposite sides who must cooperate to survive a deadly alien threat. is reaching Xbox Series|S, PC (on Steam and Epic) and PS5.
Guild Wars 3
The classic and extremely popular MMO series Guild Wars is finally getting a third game with Guild Wars 3, a brand new title coming to both PC and PS5. The game’s beta is scheduled to begin in 2027.
Star Wars: Galactic Racer coming in October
The long awaited star wars The racing game that will officially arrive on Xbox, PC and PS5 has a release date of October 6, 2026. Its developers announced it today along with an official trailer for the title’s story.
Virtua Fighter Crossroads
The next Virtua Fighter project finally received a formal announcement at Summer Game Fest with an announcement trailer. It’s titled Virtua Fighter Crossroads and is scheduled to come out sometime in 2027. Notably, after the Summer Game Fest show, there will be a showcase which goes over the game in more detail.
RuneScape: Dragonwilds coming to Xbox this year
RuneScape: Dragonwilds, the 2025 survival and crafting game set in the RuneScape universe, is coming to Xbox on September 15 later this year after being exclusive to PC and PS5 since launch.
1666 Amsterdam
VI: Genesis
We got to see some pre-alpha footage of SAW: Genesis, a new 3v1 multiplayer horror game set in the same universe as the beloved film series. It is being developed by Bloober Team and is coming to PC via Steam.
Star Wars: Company Zero
One of the most exciting new games this year is Star Wars: Zero Company, a story-driven tactics game set in the Clone Wars era of the iconic sci-fi series. It got a new trailer at Summer Game Fest that showed off gameplay and cinematics while also reaffirming its August 27, 2026 release date. It’s coming to Xbox, PC, and PS5.
Dawnwalker’s Blood
Bandai Namco’s dark fantasy vampire RPG The Blood of Dawnwalker also got a new trailer at Summer Game Fest; This features a combination of cinematic footage and gameplay. It will arrive on Xbox, PC and PS5 on September 3.
