Marvel Wolverine has recently released a new cinematic trailer, featuring an epic montage of superhero Wolverine being awesome, slaying bad guys while briefly brawling with his lifelong nemesis, Sabretooth.
However, fans hardly pay much positive attention to the game itself, as the trailer’s comments section on YouTube is filled with negative comments condemning sony for end physical game discs for future PlayStation games.
Most of the comments are typical outrage posts demanding that sony reverse your decision to cancel the game discs. However, a large majority of them mock Sony for their actions using jokes like “Wolverine was really getting PHYSICAL in this trailer; he has such a DIFFERENT presence”.
The funniest of these comments is “Preciated Wolverine Photograph Shows Importance of Physical Media.” This is a reference to a scene from the trailer that shows a photo of Wolverine and someone they are about to burn to ashes.
This sets our hero off on the bad guys for destroying him, and fans took it as an unintentional commentary on the terrible state of physical media in the gaming industry and used it to clown Sony relentlessly.
Xbox could and should find a way to offer an alternative
In recent days, it seems that Sony has gone crazy wanting to destroy physical media, with closing the PlayStation 3 and PSVita digital stores, delist over 500 movies from UK customers without refundsand, more recently, do It is more difficult and expensive to buy physical anime and manga through Crunchyroll.

Only time will tell what the future holds for Microsoft and Sony. Still, in the meantime, I’ll be Praying for Marvel’s Wolverine to land on PC and maybe Xbox one day (although the chances of both are highly unlikely) because it seems too impressive to be contained in a single platform.
