welcome to Featured Standalone App. This is a weekly 9to5Mac series where we showcase the latest apps in the world of standalone apps. If you are a developer and want your app to appear, get in contact.
Juggling a bunch of alarms in the Clock app can be annoying. VariAlarm aims to solve this problem by dynamically adjusting your alarms based on your schedule, rather than having fixed schedules.
Highlights
Instead of having to constantly cycle through more than a dozen alarms over and over again, VariAlarm allows you to create templates. For example, if you have a gym day, you might want an alarm at 5:45 a.m. followed by a 6 a.m. push. On a work day, you might want something slightly different, for example, waking up at 7 a.m. VariAlarm eliminates the need to access the alarm app every night.
VariAlarm It also supports syncing with Apple Calendar, allowing you to keep your calendar up to date with your alarms. If you have a morning meeting to wake up to, for example, and then it moves, your alarms will change. VariAlarm also takes advantage of the new Alarms API in iOS 26 to provide a native-feeling experience.
To fit things into your routine, VariAlarm allows you to adjust the volume and duration of your alarms. There are also widgets on the lock screen to help you stay on top of things.
Download the application
VariAlarm is available for free in the app store for iPhone users running iOS 26 and later.
