Honor launches Dream Challenge across the region to commemorate the launch of the Honor 600 series

Honor has launched a six-week GCC-wide campaign to coincide with the arrival of its new HONOR 600 Series, asking users to submit their personal ambitions for a chance to win the company’s latest hardware.

The campaign, titled Dream Big with Honor 600, began on April 15 and focuses on the series’ AI Image-to-Video 2.0 feature, which converts photos into short animated clips. Participants are asked to post an image that represents a personal dream, career goal, or aspiration, and caption it accordingly.

Journalist and sports presenter Mustafa Al Agha is leading the campaign. He’s already submitted his own entry, using the feature to turn a photograph of himself into a short video depicting him as a superhero. The full video is available on Honor Arabia’s YouTube channel.

how it works

Entry is open to residents from across the GCC. Users must follow @honorarabia on Instagram, post a photo with their dream written in the caption, tag the account and include the hashtags #DreamBigwithHONOR600 and #HONOR600.

One winner will be selected each week to receive an Honor 600. In the final week, a single participant will win the flagship HONOR Magic 8 Pro. In total, five Honor 600 units and one Magic 8 Pro will be awarded during the campaign.

The hardware behind the field

The Honor 600 and Honor 600 Pro rely on two features that Honor leans heavily on in its messaging. The first is AI Image-to-Video 2.0, which generates short cinematic clips from a single photo using built-in templates or a text message. HONOR notes that the feature will be rolled out via an OTA update and that free trial eligibility and pricing after the trial period may vary by region.

The second is the images. The series includes a 200MP ultra-clear AI night camera with up to 120x zoom, combined with an AI color engine for out-of-camera color processing. The Honor 600 Pro adds CIPA 6.5 stabilization to its telephoto lens, along with dedicated low-light algorithms aimed at preserving shadow and highlight details.

Regional pricing and retail availability of the Honor 600 Series were not specified in the announcement.
