Yesterday Apple announced price increases for Apple Music and two of its Apple One packages.
Apple today offers a wide range of services, ranging from Apple TV to apple music, Apple Fitness+and more. Apple One lets you bundle them together at lower prices.
Is apple one it’s worth it? Here’s what you need to know.
Apple services
As a quick refresher, these are the services Apple offers today:
- apple music: Apple’s music streaming service with access to more than 100 million songs.
- AppleTV: Access to hit TV shows and movies like Ted Lasso, Rupture, For manyand more.
- Apple Fitness+: Apple digital fitness platforms with video workouts in 12 different workout types.
- apple arcade: A game subscription service with over 200 games, all without in-app purchases or ads.
- Apple+ News– Access top stories and posts, daily puzzles, detailed recipes, and more.
- iCloud+: iCloud Storage, Apple Invitations, iCloud Private Relay, My Email, Custom Email Domain, and HomeKit Secure Video.

Apple offers three different levels of apple one: Individual, Family and Premier. Includes up to six Apple subscriptions for one price.

Is Apple One worth it for you?
This question largely depends on which Apple services you find useful. But you also have to take into account mathematical equations.
For example, if you’re already paying for Apple TV and Apple Music, you should take the leap and switch to Apple an individual. Not only will you save on your Apple Music and Apple TV subscriptions, but you’ll also unlock access to more iCloud storage and features, plus Apple Arcade.
Additionally, Apple recently Apple Music price increase. Interestingly, while the two main Apple One plans recently became more expensive to accommodate that increase, the Apple One Individual plan did not. This makes it an even better value than before.
I recommend you check out the package options and individual service pricing above and do the math for you and your family. I would bet that many people reading this story can save some money by switching to one of the Apple One plans. Or maybe you’ve been on the fence about signing up for a new service and the Apple One discount will make that decision easier.
Apple TV in particular, it continues to become an increasingly better value. The service has added access to F1 and MLS matches at no additional cost this year. If you’ve been debating subscribing to Apple TV, Apple One could make that extra subscription easier to swallow.
