NATO is building a vast artificial intelligence network along its eastern flank, designed to detect an attack early and counterattack quickly. The plan is called the Eastern Flank Deterrence Initiative, and internal documents directly name one adversary: Russia.
The German tabloid BILD obtained the documents and shared them through Axel Springer’s network. Insider business information reported.

In practice, a drone could catch a Russian armored column. The system simultaneously compares it with satellite images, radar and ground sensors. A commander then chooses the weapon, whether a drone, artillery or rocket launcher, by range and target value.
The machines receive the first blow
