Launching the Snapseed camera and tapping the settings button in the top right corner allows you to access the new options.
In recent versions, Google cleaned up the color theme picker and added small previews for Editor, Dusk, Negative, Street, Haze, and Depth.
Snapseed 4.0.8 introduces Gridlines that allow you to select between Rule of Thirds, 2×2, and Golden Ratio, with the default setting being None.
The level is enabled by default after the update with three elements: Flat-Lay, Horizon and Tilt.
In the iOS version, Snapseed also supports metadata and location formatting. Hopefully, those two options will also come to Android in the future.

Snapseed 4.0.8 is still rolling out via Play Store today. Version 4.0.1 for Android introduced an app shortcut on the home screen to immediately launch the camera. A major update in the future will expand Snapseed’s RAW support.
